Job summary

IDS International’s CST Team Lead for the National Security Services team seeks an experienced professional in Aurora, CO. The role requires TS/SCI clearance with CI-Poly and CST certification to supervise site coverage, coordinate with government and security leadership, and ensure strict adherence to security procedures on secure construction sites.

Responsibilities include maintaining logs and security records, reporting concerns, and providing orientation to new CSTs.

Qualifications

Active CST certification is required.
U.S. citizenship is required for eligibility.
Active TS/SCI clearance with CI-Poly required.
Ability to work on-site in a dynamic construction environment.

Responsibilities

Manage CST site coverage and provide day-to-day direction to CSTs.
Coordinate with government, customer, contractor, and security leadership.
Monitor construction activity and ensure site security procedures are followed.
Maintain daily logs, reports, incident documentation, and required security records.
Report security concerns, construction deviations, and potential risks through the leadership chain.
Provide site orientation to newly hired CSTs on procedures, reporting expectations, and escalation requirements.
