Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is seeking an experienced Software Applications Tester to support government activities from McLean, VA. You will work on scalable backend services in a microservices environment, performing automated and manual testing with a strong emphasis on quality and security.

You will collaborate with developers, product owners, and other testers in an Agile setting, using tools like AWS and ServiceNow while applying SDLC and diverse test types to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of related experience.
• Active Top Secret SCI + Polygraph clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute automated and manual test cases for web and backend services.
• Contribute to testing in a microservices architecture using Agile methods.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and other testers to ensure quality across IC applications.
• Document test cases, issues, and results with clear reproduction steps.
