Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Acquisition & Sustainment Program Manager in McLean, VA to lead major DoD engagements, focusing on acquisition, sustainment, and modernization. You will manage multiple teams, develop integrated schedules, and collaborate with senior government stakeholders to align cost, schedule, and performance objectives.

The role requires a SECRET clearance, a Bachelor's degree, and 10+ years in DoD environments, with advanced degrees and additional certifications as a plus.

Qualifications

• Active and maintained SECRET clearance required.
• 10+ years with DoD organizations.
• Experience managing large DoD/ACAT programs and lifecycles.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale DoD weapon-systems programs across lifecycle phases.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and resources.
• Develop schedules, risks, and performance metrics.
• Drive process improvements to boost efficiency and cost savings.
• Provide strategic guidance and status updates to senior government stakeholders.
