Job summary

Williams Parker, the region’s oldest law firm, seeks an experienced Trusts & Estates Litigation Attorney to join its Sarasota office. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of civil trial experience handling complex trust, estate, probate, fiduciary, and inheritance disputes.

Florida bar admission is required; a portable book of business is highly preferred, though a strong reputation and deep substantive experience are also valued to contribute to a sophisticated litigation practice.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of civil trial experience in trusts and estates disputes.
• Sophisticated trust and estates litigation experience.
• Active Florida Bar membership in good standing; Florida licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex Trusts & Estates disputes with strategic case management.
• Provide effective advocacy through trial, negotiation, and written submissions.
