You will handle construction contracts, project counseling, risk management, bid protests, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution for clients navigating complex projects.

The position requires a Juris Doctorate and admission to the Florida Bar (or willingness to sit for the Bar).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction litigation.
• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida Bar or willingness to become a member of The Florida Bar in the near future.

Responsibilities

• Handle construction matters including contract negotiation, project counseling, risk management, bid protests, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure project compliance with legal requirements and resolve issues that arise during construction.
• Work with attorneys from various practice areas to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
