Job summary

Williams Parker seeks an experienced Complex Commercial Litigation Attorney to join Southwest Florida's distinguished litigation practice. The role involves handling complex business disputes, real estate litigation, trust and estate matters, creditor/debtor disputes, receiverships, and other significant civil litigation.

The candidate will manage matters from strategy to resolution, conduct depositions, manage discovery, draft motions, and work with experts to prepare for mediation,

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in private practice focusing on complex commercial litigation and related civil disputes.
• Experience handling sophisticated matters across business disputes, real estate, trusts/estates, creditor/debtor and bankruptcy-related litigation.
• Ability to independently manage cases from discovery through trial and appeal.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex business disputes for diverse clients, including businesses, owners, fiduciaries, lenders, developers and investors.
• Handle real estate, trust and probate disputes.
• Advise clients through insolvency and creditor rights matters.
• Lead matters from strategy through resolution including depositions, motions, settlements, mediation or trial.
• Collaborate across Firm practices to deliver integrated solutions and exceptional client service.
