Job summary

Edward Jones Trust Company seeks a Senior Trust Specialist to support the Client Service - Estate Settlement team in onboarding and ongoing trust and investment management across all account types. You will work with Trust Consultants, Trust Officers, Portfolio Managers, and branches to deliver excellent service while maintaining fiduciary and regulatory standards.

You will own account administration tasks, develop knowledge of trust accounts, and help achieve departmental goals while partnering

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of trust, estate administration, or financial services experience.
• 2 years of client service experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and time management abilities with multitasking capability.
• Basic analytical skills to research issues and propose solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent client service to Financial Advisors, clients, and internal associates.
• Own completion of account administration to meet fiduciary duties and protect reputation.
• Support Trust Officers, Portfolio Managers, and other team members in account administration.
• Develop and maintain knowledge for administering accounts managed by the Trust Company.
• Contribute to departmental objectives and initiatives to better serve branches and clients.
• Collaborate with various areas of the Trust Company to execute client service model.
