Job summary

Edward Jones is seeking a Senior Trust Specialist to support the Client Service- Estate Settlement team in onboarding and ongoing relationship, trust and investment management across all Trust Company account types.

The role requires reliability in delivering fiduciary-compliant service, teamwork with Trust Consultants, Officers, and Portfolio Managers, and strong communication skills. Commutable to Tempe, AZ or St. Louis, MO offices is expected.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent client service to Financial Advisors, clients, and internal associates.
• Own account administration tasks to meet fiduciary duties and protect reputation.
• Support Trust Officers, Portfolio Managers and other team members in account administration.
• Develop and maintain knowledge required for administering accounts managed by the Trust Company.
• Contribute to departmental objectives and initiatives to better serve branches and clients.
• Collaborate with various areas of the Trust Company to execute client service model.
