Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of trust and estate administration, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training/experience required.
• 3+ years in trust and estate administration or related field.
• Knowledge of trust administration, estate planning, taxes, and investments.
• Strong written and verbal communication with high interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train, delegate and follow up with other staff.

Responsibilities

• Daily management of probate and estate settlement trusts per guidelines.
• Onboard and close accounts; identify assets in a high-volume setting.
• Develop and retain client, beneficiary, and team relationships.
• Review trust agreements and documents to limit regulatory risk.
• Partner with financial advisors to meet client needs and explain concepts.
• Engage in planning and wealth-transfer discussions with beneficiaries.
