Job summary

Edward Jones Trust Company seeks an Estate Settlement Trust Officer to manage trusts, estates and investment accounts, serving as the primary relationship manager. The role emphasizes fiduciary duties, account onboarding, and asset analysis within a high-volume setting.

You will review documents, coordinate with advisors, and balance regulatory risk while delivering an excellent client experience across team and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training/experience is required.
• 3+ years of trust and estate administration or related experience.
• Knowledge of trust administration, estate planning, taxes and investments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Administer probate and estate settlement trusts per guidelines and contracts.
• Onboard and close accounts, identify assets, and analyze in a high-volume setting.
• Develop and retain client, beneficiary, and team relationships.
• Interpret trust documents to limit regulatory and legal risk; explain complex concepts.
• Collaborate with financial advisors to meet client needs and deliver outstanding service.
• Discuss tax and estate planning concepts with beneficiaries and advisors.
• Participate in committees and initiatives; manage assets including real estate.
