Responsibilities

• Provide medium to complex/non-routine support to trustee client group.
• Interact with all levels of customer relationships and ensure accurate setup of issues.
• Prepare accounts for compliance review and respond to compliance exceptions.
• Resolve complex administrative issues and support senior client staff.
• Support clients outside assigned group as needed.
• Service institutional trust accounts including billing, transactions, cash and investments, and payments.
