Qualifications

• 5+ years financial services experience in securities processing or asset servicing.
• 1–2 years leadership experience leading a team.
• 5+ years alternative investment experience preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of best practices related to operations and client service.
• Ability to thrive in a high volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the trust operations team and ensure timely processing.
• Review client submissions and approve securities transactions in the trust accounting system.
• Provide mentoring, coaching, and training to team members; handle performance and scheduling.
• Develop procedures and job aids; supervise escalations and onboarding of new hires.
• Collaborate with Sales and Relationship Management on High Net Worth accounts for growth.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate documentation, archiving in Salesforce.
