Columbia Bank is seeking a Trust Operations Specialist - Client Service to resolve inquiries about investments and trust processes. The role requires adherence to KYC, GLBA, BSA and ERISA rules, along with strong communication across channels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer success role with detailed transactions.
• Experience in a fast-paced call center environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of trust accounting, IRAs, and alternative assets is preferred.
• ABA CISP or RITA SDIP designations are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer client questions regarding investments and perform research to resolve issues.
• Handle inquiries via chat, calls, emails, and written correspondence.
• follow trust regulations and security standards including KYC and ERISA guidelines.
• Escalate and draft professional responses for client escalations.
