The role emphasizes governance, policy development, and performance of complex trust accounts within a growth-oriented wealth management environment.

Qualificações

• Experience leading teams in private banking, wealth management or estate settlement.
• Ability to mentor junior trust officers and supervise daily operations.
• Strong understanding of trust accounts, fiduciary duties, and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Set operational goals, create work plans, and delegate to your team.
• Develop policies affecting client operations with potential enterprise impact.
• Guide decisions through in-depth analysis aligned with enterprise goals.
• Collaborate with Financial Advisors and business development to identify opportunities.
• Oversee account administration: openings, closings, fees, reviews and tax prep.
• Ensure compliant processes and timely responses to audits, management and bank examiners.
• Master all trust systems to ensure smooth opening and managing of accounts.
