Qualifications

• Bachelor (4-year college) degree and 6-8 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages a portfolio of complex trusts and estate accounts and sales efforts while developing long-term client relationships.
• Contacts prospects to generate appointment activity and meet with clients to define needs concerning trust and estate accounts.
• Advices clients on product strategy to maximize return within risk tolerance and legal constraints of trust accounts.
• Collaborates with other relationship managers to identify and refer prospects for personal trust, life insurance, financial planning, or other financial services.
• Conducts annual reviews, evaluates changes in financial objectives, and recommends actions to retain and grow client relationships.
• Facilitates service coordination to resolve client requests and monitors profitability, risk management, and compliance.
