Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in transactional banking, trust administration, or related client-service roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proven ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for trust clients and coordinate with internal teams to resolve account-related tasks.
• Monitor and review account retention and annual client meetings for designations and distributions.
• Ensure accounts comply with governing instruments, laws, and bank policies; document client communications.
