Job summary

Edward Jones in Tempe, AZ, seeks a New Business Senior Trust Advisor II to manage onboarding and ongoing client relationships for fiduciary accounts, collaborating with branch teams and the Trust Company Client Service Team.

You will lead onboarding, assess prospective relationships, review governing documents, coordinate with fiduciary officers, and expand trust opportunities while upholding compliance and client service excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required and professional certifications strongly preferred.
At least 5+ years of trust, estate management, or related financial services experience.
Knowledge of fiduciary, gifting, estate planning, taxes, and wealth-transfer strategies.
Ability to train, delegate, and lead others providing client service.

Responsibilities

Act as primary relationship manager for assigned branch and regional teams.
Proactively identify and pursue new trust business opportunities.
Manage onboarding of fiduciary accounts and coordination with internal partners.
Promote Edward Jones Trust Company services across the ecosystem.
Maintain compliance with laws, policies, and regulations.
Mentor and coach Trust Company associates.
