Qualifications

3+ years of administrative support or customer service experience.
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational and time management skills with ability to multi-task.
Strong computer and technical skills including Microsoft Office and familiarity with Salesforce.
Comfortable utilizing multiple systems simultaneously and maintaining stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute daily branch functions virtually with FAs and CSTs.
Deliver remote client service and improve client experience through partnerships.
Provide high level administrative support and share ideas, solve problems, and take action.
Create and update standard operating procedures for the branch and contribute to business objectives.
