Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of investment industry experience preferred.
• Experience supporting workplace retirement plan investment selection, monitoring, and reporting preferred.
• Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required in accordance with department policy or obtained within established department timelines.
• CFA designation required in accordance with department policy or must be obtained within established department timelines.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, recommend, and monitor investment solutions across asset classes and vehicles (ETFs, CITs, mutual funds, SMAs).
• Conduct investment due diligence and ongoing manager oversight.
• Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Communicate investment rationale, portfolio implications, and market developments to support decision-making.
• Partner with stakeholders to align investment solutions with client needs and business objectives.
• Enhance investment processes, frameworks, and offerings through market research and performance analysis.
• Maintain fiduciary oversight processes including selection, monitoring, watchlist governance, and fee benchmarking.
• Support ERISA fiduciary standards documentation for a prudent, repeatable process.
• Prepare and support recurring investment committee meetings with materials and follow-ups.

Education
