Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- 7 years of relevant financial services experience.
- Series 7 & 66 required or attainable within 6 months of hire.
- CFP required or begin within six months of hire.
- Strong written and verbal communication; ability to simplify the complex.
Responsibilities
- Review financial plans to ensure compliance with firm policies and quality standards.
- Educate and coach advisers to deliver high-quality plans.
- Ensure adherence to practices and identify opportunities to improve policies and controls.
- Evaluate planning policies for consistency with the firm's investment philosophy.
- Serve as SME for stakeholders and branch teams to uphold policy integrity.
- Collaborate on planning-related projects from design to implementation.
- Work with Service, Field Supervision, Compliance, Legal, and Operations to resolve issues.
- Monitor industry, competitor, and regulatory trends and assess impacts.
- Drive results through training and mentoring others.
