Job summary

Stifel is seeking a Senior Personal Trust Administration Assistant Manager to lead operations across remote offices. The role directs Trust Officers, ensures fiduciary compliance, and manages complex accounts under established guidelines.

You will guide administrators and collaborate with leadership to standardize practices across locations. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in Personal Trust Administration and a CTFA/ CFP or equivalent, with strong Excel/Office skills and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent required.
• 10+ years in Personal Trust Administration or Estate Planning.
• CTFA or CFP certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Review trusts for regulatory compliance and fiduciary responsibility.
• Monitor post‑death provisions; coordinate with attorney and executors; review estate tax returns.
• Review and supervise establishment of accounts with the trust company; monitor asset transfers and fee schedules.
• Review Court Accountings and file with the appropriate Court.
