Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding of trust accounts and interpret trust documents.
• Manage ongoing trust administration, including contributions, distributions, and tax coding.
• Ensure timely distributions and coordinate tax payments with accountants and third parties.
• Lead annual trust reviews and regulatory reviews (Reg 9) with advisors and co-fiduciaries.
• Educate and train Advisors and Client Service teams on trust onboarding and administration processes.
