Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Senior Team Manager to lead a Personal Trust Administrative Team and oversee a book of complex trust accounts. You will mentor staff, interpret governing instruments, and ensure compliance with state and federal banking regulations while maintaining exceptional service for advisors and beneficiaries.

The role requires deep experience in personal trust administration, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 10 years experience in personal trust administration.
• Bachelor's degree or higher; CTFA preferred.
• Experience with directed trusts is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of trust administration and applicable Delaware and Nevada law.

Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and coach a team of Trust Officers to ensure trust accounts comply with laws and procedures.
• Personally administer an assigned book of complex and high-touch personal trust accounts.
• Interpret legal documents to ensure trusts comply with governing instruments.
• Maintain high client service levels by researching and responding to advisors and beneficiaries.
• Prepare and present discretionary memorandums for review by the Discretionary Distributions Committee.
