Job summary

Wealthspire Advisors seeks a Senior Trust Advisor to oversee trust administration, support new business development, and ensure policy compliance across Wealthspire Trust. The role focuses on fiduciary oversight, collaboration with Advisors and clients, and scaling specialized trust and estate services.

The position requires extensive experience in trust administration, excellent communication, and ability to lead projects in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in trust administration or related role.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional service to high-net-worth clients.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding of trust accounts, including review and interpretation of trust documents.
• Manage ongoing trust administration, including monitoring contributions, distributions, withdrawals, and tax coding.
• Coordinate tax-related activities with trust accountants and third-party preparers.
• Lead annual trust administration and regulatory reviews (Reg 9), including beneficiary statements and trust accountings.
• Support Advisors with estate administration upon client death, including asset funding and final distributions.
