Job summary

HOLT Truck Centers seeks a senior technician to diagnose and repair engines and supporting systems on trucks and trailers. You will work with minimal supervision, interpret service manuals, and document findings for reports and timecards.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years of experience, CDL, and ASE certifications, with strong problem-solving, teamwork, and safety practices. Ongoing training and VBL culture are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; accredited technical training preferred.
• ASE certification and CDL are preferred or required where noted.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair engines and related systems following factory specs.
• Provide quality control and road testing for completed tasks.
• Mentor and coach lower-level technicians to improve skills.
• Maintain tools and equipment and document service reports accurately.
