Job summary

Ascendance Truck Centers is seeking an experienced, full-time Service Technician to provide service to customers while delivering top-notch customer care. Duties include cleaning, maintenance, inspection, and parts work guided by manuals and reports.

Ideal candidates have at least three years in fleet, dealership, or technical training settings, high school diploma or equivalent, and ASE or CDL preferred. Company offers strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• ASE certification preferred.
• CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical service to vehicles and equipment.
• Read job orders and observe vehicle operation to plan work.
• Follow checklists to ensure critical parts are examined.
• Inspect guards, bolts and safety devices on trucks and adjust as needed.
• Test-drive vehicles to verify they run smoothly.
• Tag warranty parts and returns to warranty clerk.
• Attend training classes and stay updated on factory bulletins.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to boost satisfaction.
