Job summary

Peach State Truck Centers is seeking a skilled service technician to diagnose and repair heavy-duty truck systems, including engines, brakes, A/C, and electrical components. You will perform standard maintenance, drive trucks for diagnostics, and ensure work quality aligns with OEM specifications.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in medium-heavy duty repairs, ASE certifications are a plus, and a CDL Class B is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years’ experience in Medium-Heavy Duty repairs.
• ASE Certifications, preferred but not required.
• Class B CDL preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform engine diagnostics, repairs and overhauls.
• Inspect brake systems, steering mechanisms, wheel bearings and other important parts to ensure proper operating condition.
• Test drive trucks and RVs to diagnose malfunctions or to ensure they are working properly.

Skills

Medium-Heavy Duty repairs

CDL Class B preferred

ASE Certifications (preferred)

Education

High School or better

Some college or better in Accounting
