Correll Law Firm in Virginia is seeking a Senior, Trial-Ready Litigation Paralegal for a full-time hybrid role based out of Winchester or Harrisonburg. You will master complex civil litigation files from complaint through verdict, working closely with trial counsel to move cases forward efficiently.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on civil litigation paralegal experience, with Personal Injury and/or Medical Malpractice experience preferred.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of Virginia Circuit Court, General District Court, and Federal Court rules, filing procedures, discovery practice, and trial preparation.
• Proven track record of directly supporting trial attorneys through depositions, expert discovery, pretrial filings, and courtroom trials.
• Exceptional drafting accuracy, attention to detail, and calendar/docket discipline (zero missed deadlines).
• Hybrid Schedule (Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM ET) based out of Winchester, VA or Harrisonburg, VA with in-person presence on office days and courtroom events.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage litigation calendars across Virginia Circuit Courts, General District Courts, and Federal Courts with a 0% error rate on deadlines.
• Provide on-site trial preparation and courtroom support during jury trials, depositions, mediations, and hearings.
• Draft complex pleadings, discovery requests and responses, initial disclosures, and motions under attorney supervision.
• Analyze medical records, manage timelines, resolve liens, and prepare settlement disbursement sheets.
• Maintain proactive client communications and coordinate with opposing counsel, courts, and experts.
