Job summary

Williams & Connolly LLP, a premier litigation firm in Washington, DC, seeks a Senior Paralegal to join our legal team. You will support attorneys through all phases of litigation, manage case materials, and coordinate with the e-filing team to file materials with federal and local courts.

The right candidate will have seven (7) years of full life cycle litigation experience, strong attention to detail, and a service-minded, can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide paralegal support to attorneys through all phases of litigation.
• Manage all case materials, including electronic files and databases.
• Coordinate with the firm's e-filing team to obtain materials and file documents with courts and agencies.
• Perform factual research and track information and case materials.
• Train and supervise junior paralegals.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and service providers.
• Assist attorneys in preparing for depositions, trials, and arbitrations, and manage logistics, exhibits, filings, and deadlines.
