Correll Law Firm, PC in Virginia seeks a Senior, Trial-Ready Litigation Paralegal for a full-time hybrid role based in Winchester or Harrisonburg. You will master complex civil litigation files from complaint through verdict and support trial counsel to move cases forward efficiently.

The position requires 3+ years of civil litigation experience, with strong knowledge of Virginia courts, filing procedures, discovery, and trial preparation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on civil litigation paralegal experience, preferably in Personal Injury or Medical Malpractice.
• Strong knowledge of Virginia Circuit Court, General District Court, and Federal Court rules, filing procedures, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Proven track record supporting trial attorneys through depositions, expert discovery, pretrial filings, and courtroom trials.
• Exceptional drafting accuracy, attention to detail, and calendar/docket discipline (zero missed deadlines).
• Hybrid Schedule (Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM ET) based out of Winchester or Harrisonburg, VA, with in-person presence as required.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain litigation calendars across Virginia Circuit Courts, General District Courts, and Federal Courts with a 0% error rate on all deadlines and notices.
• Provide on-site trial, deposition, and mediation readiness and support, including jury pools, notebooks, exhibits, subpoenas, and post-trial logistics.
• Draft complex pleadings, discovery requests/responses, initial disclosures, and motions under attorney supervision following templates and workflows.
• Analyze medical records, manage detailed chronologies, resolve liens, and prepare accurate settlement disbursement sheets.
• Maintain proactive bi-monthly client communications and coordinate with opposing counsel, courts, clerks, and expert witnesses.
