Job summary

IMS Legal Strategies seeks a Senior Trial Consultant to conceptualize, develop, and deliver compelling visual presentations that communicate complex case themes with clarity and impact.

You will collaborate with designers, animators, medical illustrators, and other consultants to translate case strategy into persuasive visuals while leading projects, managing budgets, and maintaining client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing multiple complex, deadline-driven projects.
• 3+ years of experience as a Legal Presentation/Graphics Consultant, Trial Consultant, Litigation Consultant, or related field.
• Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
• Strong ability to understand, synthesize, and simplify complex concepts and information.
• Demonstrated organizational, project management, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead case and project workstreams from planning to completion, managing timelines and budgets.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted strategic advisor.
• Develop and manage project budgets, staffing plans, and resource allocations.
• Support business development through pitches, proposals, and client outreach.
