Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas with good standing.
• 8+ years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury or complex civil matters.
• First-chair trial experience preferred, with ability to lead jury trials.

Responsibilities

• Head and manage the litigation docket from filing to verdict.
• Try cases as first-chair and lead dispositive motions and hearings.
• Direct discovery, pleadings, motions, and depositions; supervise staff.
• Set settlement parameters and negotiate favorable resolutions.
• Mentor and develop junior attorneys and support staff; maintain client relationships.
