Qualifications

• Proven ability to value cases, set parameters, manage a robust docket, and direct support staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead the litigation docket from filing through verdict and first-chair trials.
• Try cases to verdict; argue dispositive motions and lead mediations.
• Direct discovery and motion practice; draft pleadings and take/defend depositions.
• Direct settlement strategy and negotiations ahead of trial.
• Mentor junior attorneys and supervise support staff; maintain client advocacy.
• Collaborate with firm leadership to refine litigation strategy and grow the Texas footprint.
