Jobot is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney to handle complex disputes including mass torts, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, medical malpractice, personal injury, and product liability. The role involves shaping litigation strategy, guiding case development, and advocating for clients through all stages.

Based in Dallas, TX, this on-site, permanent opportunity requires at least 5 years of experience, a JD, and Texas Bar admission. We offer a collaborative team and strong benefits.

Formación

• At least 5 years of litigation experience.
• Strong deposition experience with witness preparation and examination strategies.
• Proficiency in motion practice, legal research, writing, and courtroom advocacy.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a substantial litigation caseload from investigation through trial and resolution.
• Develop and execute case strategies for complex matters including mass torts, pharma, medical devices, malpractice and product liability.
• Lead depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts; coordinate discovery and evidentiary issues.
• Prepare cases for trial with witness prep, exhibits, and expert coordination; represent clients at hearings and trials.
• Mentor junior attorneys and work collaboratively with the legal team to meet deadlines.
