Qualifications

• Thorough working knowledge of social learning theory, cognitive-behavioral intervention and approaches, assessment and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate direct supervision of case management staff and ensure services meet assessed needs.
• Ensure clients are referred to appropriate services and provide group programs.
• Model and mentor coaches in delivering group programs and provide training.
• Conduct clinical supervision of program delivery and review assessments and service plans.
• Develop and implement staff in-service training and annual training schedules.
