Fulton Bank is seeking a Treasury Solutions Analyst to join the Sales team in a hybrid role based out of our Richmond area offices. You will analyze financial data, prepare reports, and assist in developing treasury solutions for clients.

You will lead client meetings and provide pricing recommendations while collaborating with sales and client service teams. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, knowledge of treasury products, and the ability to mentor junior staff.

Qualificações

• 5+ years banking, sales administration, or international trade experience.
• 3+ years proven experience in customer service, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
• 3+ years proven expertise in Salesforce application.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate, select and recommend treasury products tailored to client needs and business objectives.
• Establish client pricing structure and deviation from standards based on market analysis.
• Provide proactive, consultative support to the sales team, including pre-sales planning and proposal development.
• Lead client meetings, present findings, and discuss relevant banking solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify treasury trends and new sales opportunities.
