Job summary

City National Bank is seeking a Production Support Senior Analyst to provide operational and maintenance production support for Treasury Management applications such as ACH, Bill Pay, eDeposit and Positive Pay. You will monitor production activities, resolve issues, coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams, and ensure documentation and reporting are up to date.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential as you escalate complex issues and maintain currency in Treasury

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Treasury Management systems/software.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a financial services industry.
• Minimum of 2 years working with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and maintenance production support for Treasury Management applications (e.g., ACH, Bill Pay, eDeposit, Positive Pay, Treasury Net, etc.).
• Coordinate with third party vendors and internal IT technology groups to resolve systems functionality and performance issues.
• Monitor scheduled production activities and confirm success.
• Maintain and update a tracking database of issues and prepare management reports.
