Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Treasury Management systems/software.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a financial services industry.
• Minimum of 2 years working with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and maintenance production support for Treasury Management applications (e.g., ACH, Bill Pay, eDeposit, Positive Pay, Treasury Net, etc.).
• Manage and coordinates with third party vendors and internal IT technology groups to resolve systems functionality and performance issues.
• Evaluate operation and support capabilities and requirements for proposed new or revised application systems. Test new releases, patches and hot fixes prior to production.
• Maintain and update test scripts for each application.
• Ensure that all processes and procedures are documented and maintain workflow diagrams for Treasury Management processes.
• Attend weekly change control meetings to address changes and avoid conflicts or outages.
• Comply with bank policies and regulatory requirements, participate in special projects.
