Job summary

City National Bank seeks a Production Support Senior Analyst to provide operational and maintenance support for Treasury Management applications, including ACH, Bill Pay, and Positive Pay. The role emphasizes coordinating with third party vendors and internal IT teams to resolve issues and ensure performance.

You will document processes, update test scripts, and maintain issue-tracking for management reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of Treasury Management systems/software experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a financial services industry.
• Minimum 2 years working with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and maintenance production support for Treasury Management applications (e.g., ACH, Bill Pay, eDeposit, Positive Pay, Treasury Net, etc.).
• Manage and coordinate with third party vendors and internal IT technology groups to resolve system functionality and performance issues. Identify escalation paths with IS for application issues.
• Evaluate operation and support capabilities and requirements for proposed new or revised application systems. Test new releases, Patches and Hot Fixes prior to production.
• Maintain and update test scripts for each application and ensure documentation of all processes.
• Maintain and update a tracking database of issues and provide management with production issues reports as needed (weekly, monthly).
• Attend weekly change control meetings to address changes and avoid conflicts, outages, and issues.
