Pay:

Annual base salary ranges from $119,000 to $205,850, depending on various factors including location, skills, experience, and education.

What you will do

The role involves developing strategies and overseeing daily operations of a Treasury team supporting debt management and financial risk mitigation. Responsibilities include managing FX risk, building efficiencies, and ensuring regulatory compliance through collaboration with legal, tax, and accounting teams. The position also involves communication with financial institutions and banking partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage FX hedging programs and portfolios, including identifying exposures and developing hedge proposals.
• Execute FX trades, including derivatives hedging with banks.
• Recommend and implement FX hedging strategies.
• Manage bond issuance and commercial paper programs.
• Oversee reporting for internal and external audits.
• Maintain relationships with FX banking partners.
• Monitor market conditions and conduct research.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to understand risk drivers.
• Lead projects related to financial markets and transactions.
• Ensure SOX compliance and review SEC disclosures related to FX.
• Partner with Treasury and IT to automate and streamline FX systems.

Qualifications

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• 5-7 years of Treasury experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, Bloomberg, and SAP.
• Knowledge of financial risk management and banking relationships.
• Ability to adapt and lead in changing environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience leading projects and managing teams.

• Knowledge of financial markets, accounting, finance, and tax.
• Experience with global financial operations and teams.
