Position Details

• Reports to: Senior Director of Financial Markets
• Location: Summit, NJ
• Travel: Less than 10%
• Salary: $119,000 to $205,850 annually, depending on various factors.

What You Will Do

The role involves developing strategies and overseeing daily operations of the Treasury team, focusing on debt management and financial risk mitigation. Responsibilities include managing foreign exchange risk, building efficiencies, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage FX hedging programs and execute FX trades.
• Develop and improve FX hedging strategies.
• Manage bond issuance and commercial paper programs.
• Prepare reports for internal and external audits.
• Maintain relationships with banking partners.
• Monitor market conditions and conduct research.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand risk drivers.
• Lead projects related to financial markets and ensure SOX compliance.
• Partner with IT to automate and streamline FX systems.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• 5-7 years of Treasury experience.
• Proficient in Excel, Bloomberg, and SAP.
• Knowledge of financial risk management and banking.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Desired

• Knowledge of capital markets, accounting, and tax.
• Experience with global financial operations and Treasury Management Systems.
