The Role

We are seeking a Senior Staff Inbound Product Manager to establish ServiceNow’s security product management program. The person in this role will enable developers and non-technical users alike to build secure applications and workflows and drive internal adoption of our security products. This role is pivotal to ensuring security is front and center for capabilities built on our platform, and solutions are optimized for the greatest value outcomes for our customers.

1. Establish, optimize, and oversee demand intake and governance processes.
2. Collaborate with developers and internal customers to deliver secure product capabilities.
3. Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from development to release.
4. Communicate critical messages and engage with diverse stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
5. Define and report on product metrics.
6. Build strong relationships with internal customers, stakeholders, and developers.
7. Translate complex problems into clear requirements and provide effective solutions.
8. Define and execute security strategies and roadmaps for new products or major updates, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
9. Work closely with security teams to optimize our use of ServiceNow products such as Sec-Ops, Integrated Risk Management, and Strategic Portfolio Management.
10. Conduct market research and gather feedback from internal customers to inform product decisions.
11. Prioritize features and requirements, balancing business needs with technical readiness, and participate in technical discussions to inform design choices.
12. Lead as an accountable owner, committed to outcomes beyond organizational boundaries.
13. Develop decision-making frameworks like RACIs for clarity on responsibilities.
14. Develop multi-channel communications to effectively convey needs to varied audiences.

To be successful in this role you have:

1. Experience in integrating AI into workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving, including AI-powered tools and automation.
2. 10+ years of software product management experience.
3. 10+ years of experience in business process management, process engineering, and process improvements.
4. 3+ years of ServiceNow experience (highly desired).
5. 5+ years of security or risk/technical experience (desired).
