What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Leading the Corporate Treasury function, you will manage funding, capital, and liquidity strategies for Circle’s global entities. You will develop policies and processes aligned with Treasury objectives, focusing on fiat and digital assets, corporate capital management, liquidity, and resource investment.

What You'll Work On:

• Align capital and liquidity strategies with business goals, leading planning, forecasting, and optimization of the capital structure.
• Develop liquidity management strategies to meet financial obligations and maximize flexibility.
• Collaborate on MIS development, including cash flow forecasting, stress testing, and reporting for leadership and regulators.
• Design and execute strategies for raising capital via debt and equity markets.
• Manage financing transactions, including credit facilities, equity issuances, and hybrid capital programs.
• Build relationships with banks and rating agencies, monitor market conditions, and develop hedging activities.
• Ensure compliance with financial covenants and regulatory requirements globally.
• Establish resilient policies and procedures within Corporate Treasury.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the treasury team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring To Circle:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years in Treasury or related finance roles, with strong preference for Treasury experience.
• Excellent relationship management, coordination, and communication skills in a remote fintech environment.
• Ability to prioritize, influence, and resolve issues effectively.
• Experience in process development, KPI documentation, and dashboard reporting.
• Self-motivated, creative problem-solver with familiarity with Slack, Mac OSX, GSuite, and AI tools.
• Understanding of blockchain, tokenized instruments, smart contracts, and on-chain operations.
• Ability to succeed in a remote work setup while maintaining productivity and collaboration.

Circle is committed to creating an inclusive financial future. Compensation is determined by experience, skills, and organizational needs. The starting pay range is $190,000 - $242,500, with consideration for location and other factors.
