Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years Treasury Management experience with a track record of meeting aggressive sales goals.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
• CTP required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with customers and reliability, initiative, flexibility, confidentiality, accuracy, and courtesy.

Responsibilities

• Manage all elements of the sales cycle including business development, prospect qualification, needs analysis and closing the sale.
• Conduct annual reviews for high‑value clients to ensure pricing and product fit.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers on prospects/customers.
• Design Treasury Management systems for prospects/customers and provide consultative expertise.
• Prepare and present comprehensive sales proposals to prospects/customers.
• Provide industry training to relationship managers and customers in the territory/markets.
• Review quarterly Treasury Management product sales and pipeline reports.
• Ensure customer problems are addressed quickly and efficiently.
• Support Bank policies and a customer‑first service culture.
