Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or equivalent work experience preferred.
• CTP certification.
• 6 years of experience in a treasury management/commercial banking sales is required.
• Demonstrated record of consistently exceeding performance goals.
• Strong client interaction skills and ability to influence the sales process.
• Aptitude for presentations and negotiation with internal and external clients.

Responsibilities

• Articulate Fifth Third’s value proposition to clients to influence the sales process.
• Identify client needs and present working capital solutions.
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline and cross-sell opportunities.
• Build relationships with C-suite and senior management decision makers.
• Collaborate with RMs to ensure excellent client service on an ongoing basis.
• Lead quarterly client service reviews and resolve issues promptly.
