Job summary

Fifth Third Bank in Memphis, TN seeks an experienced Treasury Management Officer III to drive a robust sales pipeline and provide strategic working capital solutions. You will develop relationships with senior client leaders, collaborate with internal partners, and deliver cross-sell opportunities while maintaining exceptional client service and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business (e.g. Business Administration, Finance, Accounting) or equivalent work experience preferred.
• CTP certification.
• 6 years of experience in a treasury management /commercial banking sales is required.
• Demonstrated record of consistently exceeding performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Persuasively articulate Fifth Third’s value proposition to influence sales outcomes.
• Identify client needs and present working capital solutions to clients and prospects.
• Understand payment processes and knowledge of TM solutions and benefits.
• Position Fifth Third’s services against competitors and close sales with a pipeline focus.
• Develop relationships with C-suite and senior management decision makers at client and prospect organizations.
• Execute plans to exceed sales goals and manage a sales pipeline to a win/loss decision.
• Maintain CRM pipeline and coordinate with RMs and client specialists for excellent service.
