Job summary

MoonPay is seeking a Deputy Treasurer to shape and execute the treasury strategy as the business scales. You will work across regulatory expansion, liquidity management, capital planning, and treasury operations to ensure the company maintains robust liquidity and compliant processes.

This high-impact role requires strong financial judgment and the ability to operate in a fast-moving environment, reporting to the Treasurer and coordinating with Finance and other key functions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in treasury or regulated financial services.
• 2+ years with digital assets or stablecoins.
• Experience with liquidity management and forecasting.
• Knowledge of fintech regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Treasurer to develop and execute MoonPay's treasury strategy.
• Lead liquidity and capital management activities including forecasting and deployment of capital.
• Assess treasury implications of regulatory expansion and banking considerations.
• Oversee treasury analysis, scenario modelling, and reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Provide oversight of trading-related treasury activities with risk management.
• Build scalable treasury infrastructure, controls, processes, and partnerships.
