Job summary

Payoneer is seeking a hands-on Treasury Operations Director to build and own the bank's treasury flows end-to-end. This high-impact role reports to the CFO and sits at the center of liquidity, reserve assets, and regulatory compliance for the PAYO Digital Bank, N.A.

You will stand up treasury processes from the ground up, manage daily liquidity and funding, stress testing, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
• 10+ years of Treasury, Liquidity, or Investment Operations experience.
• Experience in regulated financial institutions, payments, fintech, or digital assets.
• Strong understanding of liquidity management, cash forecasting, treasury operations and controls.
• Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced and evolving environment.
• Self‑starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Build and run PDB’s treasury operating model, systems, controls and processes.
• Manage day-to-day liquidity, funding activities and settlement operations.
• Oversee stablecoin reserve assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop cash flow forecasting and liquidity stress testing capabilities.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance and Finance teams to support new initiatives and operational readiness.
• Manage relationships with banking partners, custodians and treasury service providers.
• Prepare treasury reporting and materials for executive management, committees and board discussions.
• Assess treasury and liquidity implications of new products and business initiatives.
