Bank of America Corporation in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead digital payment solutions across mobile wallet, virtual cards, and travel payments, partnering with Global Product, Sales, and Operations.

You will develop business cases, requirements, and stakeholder impact assessments; manage vendor relationships; drive platform modernization; and prioritize investments based on client needs and market trends.

Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience in financial services.
Direct experience with Commercial Card or payments preferred.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsabilités

Define and execute platform strategy, roadmap, and commercialization plans for mobile wallet, virtual card, and travel payments.
Lead development of digital payment capabilities, including tokenized and virtual card issuance.
Serve as SME for virtual card and travel payments; expand client adoption with partners.
Manage relationships with payment networks, wallet providers, and third-party vendors.
Collaborate across card, payables, fraud, risk, operations, and tech teams to design solutions.
Develop business cases and requirements to support new products and platform modernization.
Monitor performance, client feedback, and market trends to guide investments.
