Job summary

Sia Partners seeks a Senior Manager for Treasury Services and Cash Management to lead engagements across banks, fintechs and financial services clients. You will shape product strategy, operating models, process optimization, platform modernization, and end-to-end implementations with senior stakeholders.

The role blends deep Treasury/Cash Management and Payments knowledge with a consulting mindset, delivering multi-faceted transformation from strategy through implementation.

Qualifications

• Education and FS experience with Treasury/Cash Management, advisory and transformation.
• 10+ years in Financial Services including consulting and complex implementations.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders and leading transformation initiatives.
• Direct knowledge of Treasury Services, cash management products and digital payments.
• Experience modernizing treasury/payments platforms across engagements.
• Familiarity with treasury tech ecosystems and vendor solutions.
• Strong executive communication and delivery leadership for programs.
• Ability to drive complex transformations in fast-paced client settings.

• Lead transformation & implementation delivery from strategy to go-live.
• Apply knowledge of treasury platforms and technology.
